ISLAMORADA & Florida Keys
October 12-16, 2017
Thank you for your interest in our upcoming trip to Islamorada and the beautiful Florida Keys! It’s been several year’s since I’ve last dived this area of the Keys and I’m itching to get back!
The Middle Keys offer both spectacular wreck and reef dives that rival any in any part of the Keys, including Key West!
Due to the recent hurricane activity, our original plans to stay on Islamorada Key had to be changed. At the present time, I am working with a shop that suffered no damage to the shop, hotel and boats, located in Key Largo. I will have more info shortly, but the trip is ON!
Most of the group from CT and NY are taking a direct Jet Blue flight from White Plains Airport to Ft. Lauderdale. We will rent a mini van for our use the full weekend to get us to the Keys as well as back and forth to restaurants and other attractions after diving. In the past, we’ve even managed a quick afternoon, early evening trip to Key West after our last dives of the week! However, with the massive damage in Key West, that might not happen.
Our package will include: 5 Days, 4 nights Hotel, hotel taxes, hotel gratuities, 3 days of boat diving, two dives a day including use of tanks, weight belts and weights. Not included: Airfare, food/beverages, vehicle rental (share cost), tip for dive crew ($30-$50) and personal dive gear. A wet suit, regulator w/computer and BCD can be rented from me for just $100.00 for the entire trip.
Pricing for the above package is $949.00, double occupancy. Single occupancy pricing is $1515.00 and non diver double pricing is $679.00. Prices subject to change without notice.
If interested in joining me on this fantastic adventure, I will require a non refundable deposit of $500.00, with balance of payment no later than 12 September. Payments made by credit card will incur a 3% processing fee. Payments by check can be made out to Orbit Marine, 3273 Fairfield Ave, Bridgeport, CT. 06605. Cash payments also accepted.
If you have any questions or want to sign on to the trip, please e mail me at firstname.lastname@example.org or call me at 203-333-3483.
Hope to hear from you soon!
