 Winter is really here!  Makes me appreciate going away on my dive trips even more!  Bonaire was great, as always. While you were having a snow storm here, we had just finished two incredible dives and were headed to the bar (sun was too hot to lay out in!).   Our London/Maldives trip March 3-15 is now FULL!  This will be my 3rd trip to the Maldives in 2 years, I love it that much! Full also is our Cayman Brac April 2-7 trip, however, we may still be able to get more space! Let me know ASAP if interested..  All other trips are wide open! A non refundable $500 deposit will be required to hold your spot. Please let me know if you are interested in any of the above trips. Leading groups every month to these warm, sunny diving destinations is what keeps me as happy as I am, year round!  Here at Orbit Marine, we're busy getting our customers ready for their trips with new gear, equipment service as well as making trip arrangements for them!  If you'd like us to quote you on any future planned travel, please call or e mail me. Winter basic dive classes will be offered every two weeks! PADI EFR (Emergency First Response) and SDI/TDI Nitrox  will be offered on an as needed basis. I just signed up three people for our new PADI Divemaster course. We will be running classroom and pool  sessions Dec & Jan, with open water dives beginning in May. If you are already Rescue certified and want to move up the ladder in your training, Divemaster is for you, assuming you want to achieve a leadership certification.   Let me know if your are interested.

Our PADI Rescue Diver course will begin in April '10 for classroom and pool sessions. Open water dives will begin in late May through June for completion. Anyone with Advanced or equivilent experience can join the Rescue program. More info will be posted on our "Classes" link.

I f you just want  to  expand your knowledge, then Master Diver is the rating you want. Just complete 5 specialties and you've got the rating. I will be posting specialty courses on our  "Classes" link for more information. I've got the boats, the staff and all of Long Island Sound to make local diving a pleasure and you don't have to drive or fly anywhere! Unfortunately, we'll have to wait until Spring to do the specialties locally.
